1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of RDM Electricals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RDM Electricals provides professional electrical, construction, and renovation services for residential and commercial properties in Trinidad and Tobago. All services are performed by licensed and qualified tradesmen.

3. Quotations and Payments

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Project commencement may require a deposit as outlined in the specific project quotation.
• Final payment is due upon successful completion and inspection of the project.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cheque.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the project site and ensuring all necessary permissions or site preparations are in place before work begins.

5. Warranties and Liability

All electrical work is performed according to the standards set by the Government Electrical Inspectorate (GEI). We provide a standard warranty on workmanship as specified in your service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing electrical or structural issues discovered during the course of work.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations under these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
